February Performance Review

I was a bit over-optimistic in setting goals for February. Some good work was done and some transferred to March. Here is how it went:

Done

Totally worth it to review charts in detail and I cannot emphasize enough how useful it is to read historical charts.

In Progress

  • Fine-tuning Trade Idea Breakouts & EP Process - I call it now "Team Bravo" which generates some Pro alerts when needed. The results so far are very promising.

Transferred to March

  • Breakouts 5 minutes chart review to analyze the breakout pattern intraday and 5 minutes to see the price action and volume activity in more detail. A couple of assumptions, let's see...

February had a very cool milestone. Kristjan Qullamagie shared the YouTube channel on Twitter, and I got sooo many new subscribers. Thank you for your support guys! Impressive to see your comments and super happy to hear you like the work that was done so far.

Even if it is a bit time-consuming to be a content creator, it’s a cool activity as I like presenting, mentoring, and explaining stuff.

The money I get from selling my work helps me to keep going and I can now put more time into studying, I am very lucky to be in this situation and I hope it will result in more qualitative work that I could share on YouTube. Thank you for your support!

Self-Leadership and Mental State

As I continued to work intensively on the deep dives, I ended up having some fatigue, anxiety and lack of sleep. On top of this it’s February...not so much sun, end of the winter so the mental state was under pressure. Mental health is a top priority in terms of self-leadership. The ugly part with getting tired is that after a while we don’t perceive we are tired and this results in a lot of things that are not nice… Pay attention and plan some days off if needed!

For the second half of February, I increased my intake of Vitamin D, Mg, Zn, Se, and C so that I could cope with end-of-winter fatigue and took 3 days off for hiking in the countryside. Totally worth it! Back on track, sharp spartan mode!

Let’s drop a productive March!
